Presenter profile: Laura Charleton - Senior Lecturer in Law, Director of Recruitment & Admissions and Director
of International Legal Studies

Laura Charleton has over ten years’ experience in higher education, convening law modules specifically designed for non-law students. Previously Laura was a Barrister, specialising in criminal trial advocacy for both the prosecution and the defence in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. Her practice also included civil litigation and family disputes. Her undergraduate teaching responsibilities span across Evidence, Forensic Science, Family law and Legal Process.
