We offer three scholarships for international masters-level students from the following regions:
Vice-Chancellor South Asia postgraduate scholarship.
Vice-Chancellor Africa postgraduate scholarship.
Vice-Chancellor MENA and Turkey postgraduate scholarship.
These scholarships are open to students studying within the following academic schools:
School of Business and Law.
School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering.
School of Humanities and Social Science.
Scholarships are awarded as a £2,000 reduction on tuition fees for the first year of study, which is automatically deducted after enrolment to students that meet the eligibility criteria.
Who is eligible
You must meet all of the below eligibility criteria:
be a new, international fee-status student from one of the eligible countries/regions.
have accepted your offer for a full-time postgraduate taught degree with a minimum course duration of one year.
be studying a course in one of the following three academic schools: School of Business and Law; School of Architecture, Technology and Engineering; School of Humanities and Social Science.
be starting your course in September 2024.
be a self-funded student.
if you are in receipt of a conditional offer, you must meet the conditions of your offer.
have paid your tuition fee deposit by 30 June 2024.
have applied for your CAS by 15 July 2024.
have paid 50% of your tuition fee (before the scholarship discount is applied) by the first tuition fee payment deadline.
You will not be eligible if:
your course is a PGCert, PGDip or PhD.
you are a student at any University of Brighton partner colleges or affiliate institutions (including University of Brighton International College).
you are an applicant for Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
you are receiving funding from external bodies such as local government, charities or private organisations.
you are an existing student, unless starting a new postgraduate programme.
