CANADA-UK FOUNDATION OFFERS UNIQUE FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

The Canada-UK Foundation offers funding that academics, scholars and creatives have told us they need, and which is not available anywhere else. With programs including conference support, travel awards, Fellowships, seed funding, and publishing awards, demand has been high. We consider seed funding applications year-round, the British Library Eccles Centre Fellowship deadline will likely be spring 2022, and the deadline for all other programmes is January 31. Information about eligibility criteria is available here. Good luck!

CANADA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION OFFERS MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS

Whether your passion is arts, sciences, business or public policy, if you are bright, brave and ready to make the most of every moment, we invite you to apply for a scholarship from the Canada Memorial Foundation. We are pleased to support Masters studies, of Canadian scholars coming to the UK and UK scholars going to Canada. Successful candidates must demonstrate leadership and ambassadorial qualities as well as strong academic credentials.

The Awards, tenable for one year only, will cover airfares, fees, maintenance, accommodations and other allowances. Candidates applying for courses of more than one year may be required to provide assurances that they have sources of additional funding available to them that will enable them to complete the course. These awards are not available for study at a doctoral level. Award values vary depending on the costs of tuition but have typically been in the range of £10,000 to £25,000. Application information is available here.
