The University of Birmingham is a beautiful, redbrick university and founding member of the Russell Group, with a Law School that has made a major contribution to teaching and scholarship and is one of the top law schools in the UK. Law has been taught at the University for over 100 years.

Paul McConnell (Senior Lecturer and Head of Employability at University of Birmingham Law School) will provide an overview of what Birmingham has to offer to Canadian Law students, as well as advice for qualifying as a lawyer in Canada and internationally following a UK Law degree – the Law School currently has over 100 Canadian students, and many Canadian alumni. He will be joined by current students and alumni to answer your questions about studying at Birmingham and next steps in pursuing a legal career, with lots of opportunity to ask your questions.
