Meet Birmingham Law School

2 June 2020
13:00 - 14:00 ET
Webinar

We would like to invite you to join our free webinar to meet representatives from the School of Law at the University of Birmingham.

Speakers

Paul McConnell (Deputy Head of University of Birmingham Law School) and Gemma Cullen (Marketing and Recruitment Co-ordinator at Birmingham Law School) will provide an overview of what Birmingham has to offer to Canadian Law students.

Paul and Gemma will be joined by Jacqueline Angelakis, a recent Canadian graduate of Birmingham Law School and current articling student from Hamilton, who will speak about her experiences at Birmingham and her legal career path, including plenty of tips for students who study in the UK before returning to Canada.

Finally, Marco Gaspar, another Birmingham alumni, will also be joining us. Marco is a 2018 Birmingham graduate who is now working as a legal assistant in a Toronto law firm whilst completing his NCA exams. Marco will speak about his experiences at Birmingham and can also offer insights into the NCA process.

This webinar will provide an invaluable insight into life as a Canadian Law student in the UK, with lots of opportunity to ask your questions.
