Yes, a 3 year BSc degree will allow you to practice Physiotherapy in Canada. Upon completion of your degree and return to Canada, you will provide your academic credentials to the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (CAPR) who will review your qualifications and administer an examination to test your proficiency on behalf of provincial/territorial regulators.
You can learn more about CAPR on our 'Returning to Canada with your UK Physiotherapy degree' page.
How long does it take to complete an MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) degree?
An MSc Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) degree takes 2 years to complete in the UK. Just as you would with a BSc Physiotherapy degree from the UK you will be required to follow the CAPR process upon your return to Canada.
