Overview

Established in the 1970’s, Sassoon is credited with being the first brand to open an educational institution and develop a structured curriculum around its world-famous hairdressing methods. The academy in London is one of several institutions around the world that teach the Sassoon style. They offer a number of courses for students and professionals, with options available for one-to-one tuition and custom-designed programmes.

Teaching is always conducted on live models, and the academy runs numerous events and seminars for students to improve by watching industry leaders at work. Course lengths range from three day specialist programmes to 24 week postgraduate courses.

Accommodation

The academy does not have its own accommodation but can recommend a number of locations in the vicinity for students, as well as agencies designed to provide student housing.

Location
