The University of Reading recently completed their International Webinars Week. Over the course of the week, leading experts from the university covered a range of topics, including Personal Statements, Accommodation, Student Life, and Foundation programmes. Students can register and view the Webinar recordings at their leisure. 

The University of Reading has just announced their Master’s General International Scholarships for 2021 entry. For the 2021 year, the University of Reading has allocated £200,000 in partial scholarships for students commencing their master’s degree studies in the 2021/22 academic year. 

UKVI has announced they are increasing the amount of living costs that students must show per month for a Student visa application. We have outlined the new requirements for international students.

Queen’s University Belfast, a Russell Group university in Northern Ireland, is hosting a Student Panel on Thursday, 19 November, where applicants will hear directly from students about their experience studying at a top 200 world university.

The Home Office has recently closed the Tier 4 visa route and replaced it with ‘Student’ and ‘Child Student’ routes. They have also created a new 'Graduate Route', which will come into effect Summer 2021. As an accredited UCAS centre, SI-UK North America works to help students apply to UK Universities, including helping students with Visa applications.
