UK Student Visa Appointments

Worried about getting a Visa appointment as soon as possible? Every year SI-UK secures a limited number of appointments at the Visa Facilitation Services (VFS) office located in Toronto, as well as offices across Canada and the United States. Students can book their appointment through the registration links below. When you register through the link we will either reach out to you if you are not currently registered with us or we will book the appointment with VFS for you if we have worked with you before.

Please note we will need a GWF number (found on your Visa application form) in order to register you for an earlier appointment and there will be a fee payable to the VFS directly on the day of your appointment. This includes appointment fees, courier fees and SMS alerts. This fee varies depending on which city you are in.

Weekday walk-ins are subject to slot availability. We are currently booking appointments for June and July, let us know if you would like to book a later slot and we will try to accommodate that if possible.
